What is Inverter PCB?

Design guidelines for a perfect inverter PCB
Follow the principle of "fixed before moving, large before small, difficult before easy", that is, the priority layout has fixed positions, important unit circuits, core components and so on. For those components that need to be positioned, such as tool holes, connectors, etc., give them an immovable property and mark their dimensions.
1.Temperature sensitive parts should be kept away from heating parts; High heat components should be considered in the outlet or conducive to convection position, high heat components should be placed in the outlet and do not block the air duct; The radiator should be placed in a position conducive to convection.
The decoupling element should be placed near the power input. Rf chips are very sensitive to power supply noise, so each chip will use some capacitors and shielding inductors to ensure that all power supply noise is filtered out, requiring the filter element to be placed near the chip to ensure good filtering before the power input, otherwise, the noise radiates to the entire PCB side.
2.Refer to the schematic diagram, and then arrange the main components according to the important (key) signal flow.
3.The layout should meet the following requirements: The overall routing should be as short as possible. The main signal route must be the shortest. The fewer piercings, the better. The high-voltage and high-current signals are completely separated from low-voltage and low-current weak signals. The analog signal and the digital signal should be separated during the design. Of course, keep high and low frequencies separate; The spacing of the high-frequency components should be sufficient.
4.The crystal oscillator should be placed closest to the chip, not near the edge of the board.
5.Inductors or magnetic beads can not be placed side by side, otherwise it will form a hollow transformer, mutual inductance to produce interference signals. The distance between them should be greater than the height of at least one of the components or be arranged at right angles to reduce mutual inductance.
6.Divider circuit, differential circuit, part of the same structure circuit, etc. Try to use symmetrical layout; Put components with the same power supply together.
7.Under the premise of meeting the electrical performance, the layout is optimized according to the standard of uniform distribution principle, and the center of gravity should be balanced to make it beautiful and neat as far as possible.
